REMOTE DIGITS / INFORMATION & CHOICE

Website privacy notice.

01. Who to contact

Remote Digits is the business contact for enquiries made through this website. For questions about an enquiry or a privacy request, email info@remotedigits.com with “Privacy request” in the subject. Please identify the relevant interaction without sending identity documents or sensitive records in your first message.

This notice concerns the website interface and enquiries. Client service engagements require separate terms identifying the contracting entity, data-processing responsibilities and relevant contacts. It is not a substitute for a client data-processing agreement.

02. What the website does with information

If you choose to email or message Remote Digits, your message and contact details are received through that communication channel. They are used to understand and respond to your request, discuss a potential engagement and manage the related business correspondence. Providing enquiry details is voluntary; without sufficient contact or scope information, a response or quote may not be possible.

03. Providers, sharing and cross-border access

Website delivery and server-level technical records are handled by the hosting provider used by Remote Digits, subject to that provider’s applicable privacy information. The page contains no application-level advertising pixels, analytics integrations, embedded social feeds or externally hosted fonts. That statement does not describe cookies or records used independently by the hosting provider.

Email, WhatsApp and configured social-platform shortcuts open separate services only when you select them. Social icons are ordinary links, not embedded tracking feeds. Their providers have their own privacy terms. Enquiry correspondence may be handled by the Remote Digits personnel involved in your request and the communication or business-service providers used to manage it. Information may also need to be disclosed where legally required.

Remote Digits operates across borders, including with a Pakistan-based team. Enquiries or service information may be accessed from countries other than your own, with different data-protection rules. Before transferring client data, the parties need to determine the applicable legal basis, authorized locations, service providers, transfer safeguards and data-processing terms. An NDA alone does not resolve these requirements.

04. Retention and security

The calculator and draft interface do not create a persistent application record. Once you send a message, retention depends on the enquiry, any resulting engagement, the communication systems used and applicable legal or recordkeeping requirements. Correspondence should be kept only for the purposes for which it is needed, including resolving the enquiry, administering an engagement and required records. Contact us about the retention or deletion of your particular correspondence.

Website wording does not establish a security certification or guarantee that every communication method is secure. Ordinary email and this enquiry interface are not channels for confidential datasets. Before service access begins, agree appropriate permissions, security controls, confidentiality, handling instructions and incident responsibilities for that engagement.

05. Your choices and requests

You can use the calculator without identifying yourself, clear its figures, leave the enquiry blank, or close an email draft without sending it. This page does not enrol you in marketing when you prepare a draft.

Depending on the law applicable to your information, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or an objection to certain uses, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. These rights may have conditions or exceptions, including required business or legal records. We may need proportionate information to verify a request; agree a suitable channel before providing identity documents.

Send requests to info@remotedigits.com. Where applicable, you may also raise concerns with your local privacy regulator. Contact the hosting or communication provider directly for information it controls independently.

06. Sensitive information and service access

Do not enter or email patient or medical records, payment-card details, bank credentials, identity documents, employee payroll records, passwords or confidential third-party data through this initial enquiry. Share high-level requirements only.

Before any sensitive or regulated processing, review whether the proposed service can meet the required safeguards and execute the appropriate agreements. For services involving protected health information where HIPAA applies, this may include a business associate agreement and required safeguards before access. This website does not claim HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2 or other certification or universal compliance.

The website is intended for business enquiries, not for children or for submitting personal healthcare information.

07. Changes to this notice

Review the date above for the current website notice. If the website later adds direct form submission, analytics, advertising, uploads or other data uses, the information provided to visitors and any required choices must be reviewed before those features are introduced.
