REMOTE DIGITS / CLEAR EXPECTATIONS
Website terms
& estimate information.
A starting point for a conversation. Your actual service, price and responsibilities belong in a separate written agreement.
01. Website purpose
This website describes possible Remote Digits support services and helps businesses explore their requirements. It is not a binding offer, employment offer or commitment to deliver a particular result. Sending an enquiry, viewing a calculation or preparing an email does not create a service engagement. Any engagement needs a separate written agreement with the identified contracting entity.
A preliminary discussion does not authorize work or access to your systems. The scope of an assessment and any charge for additional analysis must be agreed before that work begins.
02. Pricing depends on the work
There is no universal price per role, employee or service. Fees can vary with duties, experience, specialist qualifications, complexity, workload, time-zone coverage, hours, shifts, service levels, technology, licenses, supervision and management arrangements.
The written quote or agreement should identify the deliverables, included hours, exclusions, fees, currency, taxes, third-party costs, overtime or out-of-scope work, payment terms, change process and any cancellation terms. Website examples and automatic fees are not binding quotes, wage surveys or guaranteed available rates. Role titles describe types of work that may be discussed, not an assurance that candidates are available or that a particular regulated service is authorized. Availability and suitability are subject to review.
A dedicated-dispatcher fixed-cost model is based on the agreed salary for the dedicated person; additional costs and inclusions are defined in the proposal. Commission-based dispatch uses a separately agreed percentage and eligible revenue basis. Remote service fees and local employee salaries can represent different commercial arrangements. The appropriate contracting, employment, supervision and compliance responsibilities must be established for the actual engagement; a website label does not determine legal status.
03. How to interpret a cost scenario
The calculator uses the local salary you enter to generate an estimated Remote Digits monthly fee. Each role has an authored mid-level salary-reduction assumption between 50% and 70%. Junior experience adds 5 percentage points and senior experience subtracts 5, with all assumptions limited to the 50–70% range. These are commercial planning-model choices, not verified market salary data, actual available rates or evidence of achievable savings. The optional example uses a fictional local salary. The fee estimate is calculated automatically and displayed read-only; visitors cannot override it.
No savings, return on investment, revenue, efficiency improvement, hiring outcome or other business result is guaranteed. Actual results may differ, and a remote arrangement may cost more. A lower cost in a scenario is a mathematical difference, not evidence that a service will achieve it.
Local cost equals monthly salary multiplied by headcount and the selected months, with the entered employer overhead added. The automatic fee equals local monthly salary multiplied by one minus the applicable role/experience reduction. Remote cost equals the automatically estimated Remote Digits fees and additional monthly remote costs over the period, plus the entered transition cost once. Only entered costs are included. Figures are rounded for display, and a percentage is not meaningful when the local baseline is zero.
Use comparable scope, hours and service levels. Consider taxes, exchange rates, recruitment, training, benefits, equipment, licenses, overtime, supervision and transition costs. Independently verify inputs and results before making a decision. This tool is not financial, accounting, tax, legal or employment advice.
04. Service boundaries
- Finance and accounting: administrative, bookkeeping and reporting support does not by itself include licensed audit, assurance, regulated advice, professional sign-off or representation. Any such work requires separate qualification, authorization and scope review.
- Dispatch and carrier support: carrier administration and authorized coordination do not establish brokerage or motor-carrier authority. Required authority, the nature of the work and each party’s responsibilities need review. Loads, rates, revenue, broker payments and driver performance are not guaranteed.
- Healthcare: medical billing support is not medical advice or a promise of claim approval or reimbursement. Required privacy safeguards and agreements must be in place before access to protected data.
- Technology and automation: software, integrations and automated outputs require appropriate review, permissions, testing and human oversight. Third-party availability, accuracy and platform permissions are not guaranteed.
Delivery dates, replacement arrangements, service levels and other commitments apply only as expressly agreed in the service contract. No compliance certification, third-party endorsement or platform affiliation is implied by a service description.
05. Enquiries, confidentiality and privacy
Use high-level, non-sensitive details for an initial enquiry. Do not send third-party confidential information unless you have authority and an appropriate handling arrangement. A visitor’s unilateral confidentiality label does not establish an NDA or data-processing agreement.
Read the website privacy notice for how the calculator, email draft and external communication links work. Client data handling, access, subprocessors, transfer safeguards, retention and incident obligations must be addressed for the actual service.
06. Content, links and applicable rights
The website’s branding, layout and original content are protected as applicable. Third-party names, where used, belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement. The team and truck photographs are AI-generated illustrative imagery, not representations of identified employees, clients or company-owned vehicles. The locations section provides headquarters and regional contact information. It does not imply a regulated authorization in every location; contact the relevant team before arranging a visit.
External websites and communication services operate under their own terms. Their inclusion does not guarantee their security, availability or accuracy.
Website material is general information and may change or contain errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no warranty is made that it is complete, uninterrupted or suitable for a particular decision. Nothing in these website terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, excuses misleading advertising or overrides an agreed service contract. Liability allocation, dispute provisions and other binding commercial terms require the separate agreement; merely browsing this site is not a substitute for that agreement.
